In this issue, Dr. Stoyan Borisov presents his clinical assessment study on the effect of Coriolus versicolor supplementation on patients with Low-risk and High-risk HPV subtypes. Dr. Chris Newton (Ph.D) proposes a study on the potential role of mushroom nutrition as modulators of toll receptor-mediated immune response.

In this fourth edition, a review of the causal link between viruses and the onset of specific cancers is examined. A detailed study, conducted by Breakspear Medical Group, on the impact of supplementation with Coriolus-MRL in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome patients and ensuing improvement in both Natural Killer Cell activity and symptoms is presented. Furthermore, a set of three case studies on the use of Coriolus-MRL as an adjunct in radiotherapy conducted in the Institute of Oncology in Lisbon, Portugal is presented.
